In regard to Pennybridge house, I would like to commend them for their exceptional commitment to the my young person in their care. The team works in a highly child-focused and strengths-based way, ensuring that every decision and action prioritises the well-being and development of the young person. 

  

Their approach is creative and flexible, enabling them to meet the diverse needs of the child effectively. Communication with professionals is fantastic; it is clear, timely, and collaborative, which strengthens the overall support network. 

  

The staff know the child extremely well and demonstrate a deep understanding of their individual needs, preferences, and aspirations. They are fierce advocates for the child, consistently ensuring that their voice is heard and their rights upheld. 

  

Management of the home by the manager and deputy is excellent; they are very hands-on in their approach, providing strong leadership and ensuring high standards of care and practice throughout the home. 

  

Overall, this is a home that truly embodies best practice and provides a nurturing, empowering environment for children to thrive.
